We finally did it.
We moved to the suburbs!
It is still in Portland but it's definitely not downtown.
Can I tell you a secret? I love it!
I know! All preconceived notions of being a city hipster are starting to fade.
Not completely, but acceptance of the fact that I'm a grown-up with a child that needs space, is starting to settle nicely with me. I'm o.k. with where I'm at. I've eaten crow so many times before. Could I possibly have expected to not do it again? Of course I could.
