Mom Jeans: Nanners loves her some stuffed animals

When I wake up each morning I hear Nanners' usual hum in the monitor. Recently I've been waking up to her growling. Growling and mauling her poor little stuffed bunny with affection. When I go into her room to get her out of her crib she looks at me (mid-bunny mauling) with a look that says "I'm being so sweet, aren't I?" It cracks me up every time. Luckily she's never tried to maul a real animal! However she does love when dogs lick her face-she squints and laughs. She also loves pulling their hair and ears. We're working on teaching her to be gentle. It will be interesting to see how her recent display of somewhat aggressive affection translates into her little personality.
