Our hospital bags are packed and we're ready to rock and roll.
We're just waiting for her to give us the "go ahead."
Tell me if I've forgotten anything.

From top left: A shiny gold headband to keep my hair quaffed and not sticking to my face during labor. The camera. A short robe, pj bottoms, nursing tank and of course nursing bras (sexy!). While we're on that subject, I've got a nursing pillow too. 2 outfits for Eliza (Well, 3 if we count the gender neutral onesie just in case she's of the Eli
jah variety). It includes pictured hat with a felted flower made by yours truly. She's also got a baby blanket and burp cloths in there. Ipod with happy tunes that remind me of happy things. Snacks for the Pants. He didn't actually include his favorite, spicy cheetos, because he thought it may be bad to get artificial orange cheese powder on the baby. Madlibs and her baby journal. I love madlibs, and I got the "diva" edition-which is all about girly stuff and female empowerment...because I think I'll be needing some of that! Our cowmooflage carseat. The "Hooray" banner I made and streamers to decorate her room after she's born--yes, I'm going to force the Pants to do this even though his response was "I was thinking something more like fresh flowers." I know I've got more in there I just can't remember it all. Anything else I need? Oh yeah, your prayers that she'll be healthy and come soon!
And a funny story for the road...
The Pants was praying at dinner the other night and he said "please help this food
to nourish and strengthen our babies." I busted up laughing. Apparently, he was going to say "bless our baby"
next but he got ahead of himself and mixed up bodies for babies.

I sort of love that he doesnt want to get orange cheese powder on the baby. so excited for you both. AND, the blanket is coming along nicely. I think we will need some more yarn to meet your size specifications, so I will pick that up. But maybe, just maybe I can finish it before she arrives, or at least comes home.
YAY!!! You're so close!
