I think it's safe to say that I am now fully recovered from Girl's Camp.
120 teenage girls mixed with 30 women acting like teenage girls makes for quite an experience.
I had so much fun.
I definitely reverted back to an adolescent and found out that I must look like one too.
On two separate occasions I was barked at by the kitchen staff to "get out of the kitchen!" and "hurry up or you'll miss breakfast!"
Apparently dancing like a fool, staying up until 3 am, snarfing up as much food and candy as I could get, hollering and cat-calling at middle-aged lipsyncing bishopric members, and wearing my pajamas to breakfast doesn't qualify me for the maturity award.
Who knew?
On a mature note, I did get to feel a glimpse of what Heavenly Father must feel for those girls.
They are really incredible.
They face so much in their lives.
Yet somehow they conquer it all with grace and strong faith.
My spirit was renewed and I am left with a determination to start recognizing all the good in others.
What a week, indeed.

Hours spent french braiding hair:
(Mine were sub-par to the likes of Carrie's)

It almost looks like a rave!
