Vice

I am enlisting your help in thwarting a nasty vice.

I am chock-full of vices.

But the focus of this week's attention is my vocabulary.

Not swearing or gossipping, but something far worse...

"It's like...you know?"

No! No one knows, so why do I use that phrase in every sentence?

If you hear it spoken from my lips I want you to [whatever you deem necessary].

I was thinking [punch me in the face] but that seems a little harsh.

Maybe just [chirp] [pinch] or [hiss].

Or [snap] the rubberband I will be wearing on my wrist.

Please! For the love, help a sister out!
